SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Talkers and Growers Pediatric Therapy, operated by Talkers and Growers, LLC (“Talkers and Growers,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By opting in to receive text messages from Talkers and Growers, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.
SMS Program Description
Talkers and Growers uses text messaging to send informational and service-related communications. Messages may include:

Consent
You may opt in through an approved website form, written consent form, text-message keyword, or another consent method presented by Talkers and Growers.
Providing a mobile phone number by itself does not necessarily constitute consent to receive recurring automated text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving therapy services.
Message Frequency
Messages may be recurring, and message frequency varies depending on your inquiries, appointments, scheduling activity, and services.
Message and Data Rates
MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY.
Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, particularly if your wireless plan does not include unlimited texting or data. Talkers and Growers is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
Opting Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from Talkers and Growers.

After you opt out, you may receive one final text message confirming that your request was received and that you have been unsubscribed. We will process your opt-out request promptly and remove your number from the active SMS messaging list within 24 hours.
After the confirmation message, no further recurring SMS messages will be sent unless you provide new consent. Communications that are legally required or specifically requested by you may be handled separately when permitted by law.

Privacy and Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may provide information to service providers or subcontractors that support our messaging, website, scheduling, customer-service, practice-management, telecommunications, or information-technology systems. These providers may use the information only as needed to provide services on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Talkers and Growers.
Availability and Changes
SMS services may not be available through every carrier or device. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the SMS program or update these SMS Terms & Conditions when necessary. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
